Will you help me buy a property?

We don’t provide any buyers’ agent type services. Once you’ve done one of our courses, if you need additional help and support, you can choose to work one-on-one with a Mentor from the Property Magnets team. Our mentors do not provide any investment advice or any property buying services. They exist simply to serve as your support person as you get started ion your journey of creating wealth through property.

 

Do you provide Investment Advice?

No. We do not provide any financial or investment advice of any kind. We do, however, have a service called the Elite Investor Program, whereby, through our team of allied QFAs across Australia and New Zealand, we offer a service designed for high income earners that have the money, but don’t have the time to get into the property market.

How Much Time Do I Need To Dedicate?

We specifically designed out courses for busy people so depending on the specific course you’re planning to take, you don’t really need anything more than 1 hour a day. However, you also need to take into consideration your general understanding of the property market – some additional background study might be required. Again, talk to your referring partner about this – they have been through all the courses themselves, so then can give you a good answer that might be more relevant to your particular situation.

What Kind of Additional Tools Do You provide?

We provide a floor-plan design tool, using which, you can upload your 2D or hand-drawn floor-plans and have them converted to beautiful 3D floor plans. This is a third party software and we provide 1 year of free subscription. Ask your referring partner for some samples and complete pricing for the 3D Floor Plan App.

We also provide a deal analysis software – free for 12 months.

in addition to that for Australia, there’s a Corelogic integrated Development Opportunity finder tool which is only available on a 30-day trial subscription.

In New Zealand, we provide a different tool, also integrated with Core Logic, available for a separate subscription directly with the vendor.
