Why .com.au website?

Property Magnets is a New Zealand based company with NZBN Number: 9429046881229 and its registered offices at Level 7, Walker Wayland House, 53 Fort Street, Auckland.

The reason we have chosen to use a .com.au domain name is due to the fact that a significant portion of our customers are based in Australia.

A .com.au domain name provides us better search performance on Google in Australia and it also caters to our Australian students’ specific needs.

But What About New Zealand?

The content on our website, the content of our courses as well as everything we write about in our Market Watch section always caters for both New Zealand and Australia.

Sometimes, we pay a lot more attention to the New Zealand property market. For instance, when we wrote about $2bn worth of non-performing assets across 4 Major NZ banks, the article was entirely focused on New Zealand.

We are an online business

We do not offer any in-person services or a classroom environment for our students. Property Magnets is a 100% online business with students across multiple countries.

Our students have access to world class property education through a sophisticated, feature-rich online learning platform.

What happened to the .CO.NZ Domain?

Previously our New Zealand students used to access our site and services from propertymagnets.co.nz. In order to streamline our content management and to make things more efficient, we now use this .com.au domain as our primary domain for 2020 and forward.

Please note, our .co.nz email addresses still work and NZ students are still encouraged to send support requests to the .co.nz email address for faster handling of queries.
