Applies to Mentoring Sessions

This policy only applies to the Mentoring Sessions provided by Property Magnets either directly or through any of its licensed distributors or authorised partners, agents, affiliates or contractors.

At the time of purchasing the Mentoring Sessions, you will receive a notification from us asking you to schedule your first session in our Mentoring Calendar.

You will receive reminders 48 hours and 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment with a Mentor.

You will need to provide a contact number that the Mentor will call you on for the session. You are responsible for making sure that this number is accurate and that you are reachable on that number.

Rescheduling Prior to the Session

If you reschedule the session up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled session then your session is still valid and can be used at a later date. Any reschedules after that will result in your mentoring session being marked as “used”.

No-Shows on Scheduled Date

If you do a no-show or do not answer your phone on the number you provided when the mentor calls you, your session will automatically be marked as used.
